On the second floor you will find the living room, kitchen and master suite. Living room has a serene view of the ocean, floor to ceiling french doors which open to a large covered balcony. Dining room is part of the living room: conveniently located near the kitchen. Master suite features King bed, sitting area and private bath. Third bath is on the second floor.
Parking includes a 2 car garage. One additional car could be used to park outside of garage.
